Leadership Summit Campaign
This campaign supported a leadership summit for P&O, the People & Organisation function within Novo Nordisk, a global pharmaceutical company focused on diabetes care and chronic disease treatment. The project required a wide range of event materials delivered on a tight timeline, all aligned to internal brand standards. I developed a consistent visual system that extended across print, on-site signage, communications, and branded items to support a clear and organized summit experience.

The Problem
The summit involved multiple sessions, locations, and attendee touchpoints, each requiring clear communication and visual consistency. With many deliverables produced in a short timeframe, there was a risk of fragmented materials and confusion for attendees navigating the event.
The Solution
I created a flexible visual system that scaled across all summit materials, including schedules, signage, badges, printed collateral, and branded giveaways. The system emphasized clarity, consistency, and quick readability to support smooth navigation and communication throughout the event.
