Rose House Overview

Rose House is a nonprofit that supports adults with special needs. Their existing website was not clearly communicating the mission or guiding people toward meaningful action, especially donations, job applications, and volunteer interest.

Led the site’s brand update, redesign, and full WordPress build.

The Problem

The previous site made it difficult for visitors to quickly understand what Rose House does or how to support them. Donation paths were unclear, key actions were buried, and the messaging focused more on information than impact.

As a result, engagement was low and opportunities to connect with supporters were being missed.

The Solution

The site was redesigned around a clearer, more human story that focused on who Rose House serves and why their work matters. Key actions were surfaced early, the visual identity was refreshed, and new forms were built to better support donations, job seekers, and volunteers.

Clearer storytelling and simpler paths helped move people from interest to action.
